CAF CHAMPIONS LEAGUE: VIPER SC FALL SHORT OF GROUP STAGE QUALIFICATION

Viper SC’s campaign in the CAF Champions League has come to an end following a 1-1 draw in the return-leg fixture against Power Dynamos of Tanzania.

Liberian duo Mark Yallah and Robin Hney featured prominently for Viper SC, but the Ugandan club couldn’t overturn their 2-1 first-leg home defeat. The draw means Power Dynamos advance on aggregate, ending Viper SC’s hopes of reaching the prestigious Group Stage this season.

Despite their elimination, the performance of Yallah and Hney continues to draw attention across African football, as both players have been vital to Viper’s campaign with solid displays and consistency. Their contribution serves as a reminder of Liberia’s growing influence in continental competitions.
